Pre-School Pumpkin Patch

Sammy had a field trip to a pumpkin patch for pre-school. The kids were so cute! They were so excited about picking out their little pumpkins.

Brendan couldn't decide which pumpkin he wanted. They were all too prickly!

Our 10th Anniversary!

For our Anniversary we spent a couple of days in Moab. The weather was beautiful and the scenery was gorgeous! We had a blast!!! We will definitely be taking the kids there soon!

On our drive thru Arches we spotted this coyote. The poor thing had broken it's leg and was just wandering around one of the parking lots.

Pher has lots of memories here, so we had to go visit. It was pretty interesting!

We also went rafting down the Colorado River. It was pretty mellow, but it was a little windy so it was nice not to get super wet.

This was our River Guide, Steve. He was hilarious! He could totally work at Disneyland on the Jungle Cruise!

Halfway down the river, we stopped for a riverside BBQ. It was soooo good!

Miscellaneous Videos

Here is Sammy singing a new song she learned at church. She knows it word for word! It's so fun to be in Primary and hear her sing over all the other kids. Sometimes she yells more than sings, but at least she's not afraid of being herself!

A few weeks ago, we let Brendan watch Cars for the first time. He absolutely fell in love with it! He kept saying "vroom vroom" during the whole movie! It was too cute, I just had to get video of it!

Pole Creek Picnic

On Labor Day, we took the family to the Pole Creek Sinkhole for a picnic. It was a lot of fun! The kids really enjoyed the hike down to the river!

This was Sammy's first hike. She had a blast! She is seriously a little monkey! She was also really excited about seeing all the rocks. When she saw the river, she said "Look at those rocks! They're swimming!!!" She makes us laugh so hard sometimes!

The Kids and Cousin Paige

The day we had Tonya take our family pictures was also the day that she, Alex, and Paige were leaving to head back to New Mexico, so Grandma and Grandpa Peterson asked if they could take some pictures of all their grandkids together. It was really nice to be able to spend a little more time with them before they left. The kids miss Paige like crazy! She is such an adorable little girl! We love you Paige!!!

Hmmmmm... for some reason Brendan doesn't exactly get along with Paige. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that they have such similar personalities!

Family Pictures '09

We had our wonderfully talented sister-in-law, Tonya, take our family pictures again last month. She did an awesome job! We love how they turned out!

We also asked Tonya to take a few pictures of just the two of us for our 10th Anniversary. Wow, I can't believe it has been that long!!! Time really does fly!
